We aim to respond to every message within one business day, Monday to Friday. Complex technical questions can occasionally take a little longer.
Absolutely — pick "Which course should I take?" in the form, tell us what you want to learn and your current level, and we'll point you to the right starting course.
First try signing out and back in, and check your email for your enrolment confirmation. If it still doesn't work, choose "Technical issue" in the form and include the course name — we'll sort it out.
If a course isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We'll help you switch courses or process a refund as set out in our Terms of Service.
