1. About Our Services

Skill Learning Labs is an online learning platform offering self-paced courses with hands-on exercises across subjects such as web development, design, data, marketing and business skills. Course content is provided for educational purposes.

2. Accounts & Enrolment

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or enrolling in a course.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should use the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Payments & Pricing

• Course prices are displayed on the Site before purchase. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
• We may change course prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.

4. Refund Policy

If a course does not meet your expectations, you may contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase to request a course exchange or a refund. Refunds may be declined where a substantial portion of the course has been completed or where we detect abuse of the refund policy. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.

5. Course Access & Licence

• When you enrol in a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access its content for your own learning.
• Enrolled courses include lifetime access, meaning access for as long as the Site operates the course.
• You may not share, resell, redistribute, record or republish course content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam or harmful content.

All content on the Site — including course videos, exercises, text, graphics, logos and code samples — is owned by Skill Learning Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Projects you build during a course belong to you; the course materials used to build them remain ours.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Our courses are designed to teach practical skills, but individual results depend on your effort, background and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including employment, income or professional certification, from completing a course. See our Disclaimer for details.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skill Learning Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) will survive.
